I ordered some Yankee candle wax melts as a gift, which were in the sale. Although price and free delivery were good, the packaging was poor. One item was out of stock before the order was sent so that was a disappointment. They were sent in a bag and as a result, three of them were damaged. I could not give them as a gift in that state so used them myself to save the hassle of sending them back and getting a refund. In future, I'll buy elsewhere as they should have been put in a small box for delivery.
