At the top of the website does it say "free delivery on all orders over £35" and my order was £39.99 but I didn't get any free shipping at all, I charged £15.00 for the shipping.
If this free shipping only are granted UK citizens that order for more than £35, then it should so. It would have been only fair that www.internetgiftstore.com will take some responsibility and atone for misleading information by giving me the free shipping anyway.
Please correct this misleading information.
