I ordered my product on Friday afternoon. I paid quite a bit extra for next day delivery. I took into account the weekend and expected it to arrive Monday morning at the latest. I needed it for my mothers birthday. It didn't arrive until Tuesday! When I complained the company explained why it arrived when it did. But unless I had read all the terms and conditions and then clicked on a further link to read something else then I couldn't have known. They need to make sure delivery information is much clearer and more obvious as they refused to refund the extra money I paid for next day delivery. Very happy with the product that arrived but not so happy with delivery charges etc.
