Purchased a boofle hot water bottle with nothing obvious size wise next to the picture of the item assuming it would be for adults...how wrong I was. No bigger than my hand! Customer service no help at all! Suggesting return it at a cost that was almost as much as the item knowing I'd be out of pocket! Absolute joke!
