The item is faulty and does
Not work keeps flickering and turns on and off itself all the time please can you advise what I need to do and get this returned back to yourselves. Not happy as it is new and not working properly st all after just 24 hrs of having it. Is actually a new product or have I been given a used product. Can you let me know
