I have called and sent 3 emails in the past 2 day to let you know that I have not received my items - I have had no one answer the phone or any response from my emails - once this is sorted out I will write a review based on the service I have received since Please contact me - these were Christmas gifts order on 17th dispatched on 18th and I still have not got them :( My items have arrived I had to pick it up from the post office on 31st 14 days after order - if I had had an explanation or an unable to deliver message maybe this would have been acceptable - however nothing - no response - no apologise
