Did not receive delivery prior to Christmas, which whilst ordered by the deadline for Christmas delivery this is not entirely IGS fault. But I have had no response to enquiry about returns policy and procedure (as this is outside of returns window due to slow delivery) by email, and the phone just rings after trying to call.
