I ordered 2 items to match each other. you then contacted me to tell me one of them wasn't available, you were going to refund me and asked me if this was ok?
I immediately replied telling you no it wasn't and asked you to cancel the whole order as half was no good.
Despite this you took no notice and charged the remaining items and posted them which i am now stuck with.
Failure to supply promised goods,
Failure to action instructions.
Rubbish service!
