Avoid this company, even if like me you have used them before!
I ordered my AVG yearly subscription in January. After a few days I hadn't received the code, which was supposed to come via email within 2 hours. After two weeks of phone calls and still no code, I requested a refund and told this would take 48 hours to process.
I have lost count of the calls I have made requesting a refund or for someone to ring back, it is nearly the end of March and I am getting nowhere......
