Rude and un-interested staff. Will never visit again.
My first visit to the Weston branch to buy an expensive pair of running trainers. Seeing as they are a 'proper' sports shop I asked if they had a treadmill to test my running style etc. The staff member simply said 'no they don't have one' and carried on what she was doing. No interest in finding out what I wanted or if she could help. If I wanted unhelpful staff who don't know what they're talking about I'll go to sports direct!
