Overall service was satisfactory, including the delivery notification email a night before the day which does not give me much time to prepare. The email request of someone to stand by at the house to sign and accept the package, but did not advise the timing. It is now 3. 45pm, and the delivery still has not arrived. IN THIS CASE MEANT THAT I WAS STOOD BY, AWAITING, AND LOSE MY WHOLE DAY.
