I was spending an e-voucher and my reluctance of buying clothes on-line was proven. I need to touch the thing. The item bought (trousers) was unsuitable for my needs and they didn't fit properly. HOWEVER, there was no problem nipping into the 'local' shop and they were more than helpful in finding what would suit and exchanging.
