Good but could improve 1. Email about item being dispatched should go out earlier. I received email after I had phoned shop to see if item was in and then picked up item. 2. If a customer comes into one of your shops for a specific item and it is sold out, your staff could routinely suggest checking the web site. I visited two shops without the website being mentioned. It was only when I phoned one shop to see if the item was in stock that the assistant suggested I look on the website. I didnt know you had one. It worked for me.
