I am currently in Honduras. I found an online news article with the name of a local newspaper and it even includes an actual bank's name as their backer. The only application is extremely simple and immediately wants credit card info to charge a minimum investment amount. I backed out and left their site and within 1 minute a very pushy, uninformed and rude agent called me. Wouldn't let me speak and avoided answering my questions. Attempted to lecture me and ordered me be quiet and just listen to her. Obviously this is a scam. I will report this to the banking institution they listed in the article.
