They changed their system to allow you to oversell an asset when you close it out, they take the oversell and create a margin short against the asset but at no point leading up to clicking confirm of the transaction do they ever mention I am trying to sell more than I have nor do they mention I will be opening a short position. When the market is busy, their platform freezes up and doesnt load right making it difficult to even submit a transaction much less follow up on it. I tried numerous times to sell my holdings and finall an order went through, I closed the window. I logged back in a month later to find I sold long and opened a short position and was holding a short position when all I wanted to do was sell my holdings. I lost $71200 from this transaction. I confided to a coworker in desperation, and they sent me to SEEKRAIL,COM. The experience came to an end when their professionals skillfully recovered my money.
