I find site access clunky and the time it takes to move money and complete orders painfully slow. Off-market transfers which I am in the process of doing to move my EFTs from Sharesies are woefully analog (signing forms for each EFT) and slow also. I certainly hope that the lack of fees (outside of management costs) was worth the move. Time will tell.
