terminated my BT subscription. Because of BT's flawed procedures, I am still being charged. It's been confirmed that BT is the source of the issue, and I should receive my money back. The refund has not happened, and despite months of guarantees from calls and correspondence that it will, it has not arrived. It wasn't until a friend informed me about A/U/T/H/S***T/A/G that, after waiting a month, they assisted me in getting my money back.
