I had a couple of issues related to the trading platform as I could not figure out the steps needed to open and close postponed orders. The customer support team helped me to understand what I need to do, so I’m able to trade now. I think this is a real indicator of how the brokerage company treats its clients. I started working on a demo account a couple of months ago, and now I make withdrawals from a real one. Good to work with such a reliable company.
