They didn't offer me any kind of update when I called, emailed, or spoke online. For weeks, I kept asking for proof, but they would only get back to me once a week and put me on wait. SEEKRAIL.COM was able to intervene and prevent them, thankfully. I was given a warning to be careful and was given my money back.
