I initially avoided Iolla when it opened in our shopping centre as I wrongly assumed it was an expensive spectacle shop given the designs in the window. How glad was I when I went in one day out of interest and found it to be incredibly affordable. So much so that I might be back for a second pair. The customer service was excellent and the buying process stream-less. I loved the attention to detail and quirky packaging when my new glasses arrived. Made the whole experience very personal.
