I should have read the reviews first instead of falling for the fancy website.
Paid £17.99 for what I later discovered was just a "pre-order" and a couple of days later asked to pay another £41.99 to get the phone unlocked. Information on what a "pre-order" is, is hidden away so you're not aware of the additional costs unless you go through all the terms and conditions.
This is a free service at my local phone shop, instead being asked to pay nearly £60.
