Arrived home to find my delivery/parcel in the back garden, obviously thrown/dropped over the 6' high fence.
Received a notification email just after 19:00 last night saying "Your parcel will be delivered between 09:24-10:24 today". The receipt of this email was some 9 or so hours after the stated time of delivery. Totally useless information.
Fortunately the parcel was undamaged and had not been stolen from my back garden. As it was stated on the parcel "signature mandatory" I was very surprised to find the parcel in my back garden.
