The final collectin and delivery were first class and went extremely well.
However, the pick up was 3 days late and as a result meant the weekend was included and the next day delivery became a 5 day delivery service.
Driver 1 couldn't find the address - didn't bother to ask anyone or telephone , and just returned to the depot. One day lost.
Driver 2 said there was no access and that it was locked. There are 2 entrances. The gate was unlocked to one. The other entrance is a vehicular lane. Again obviously the driver didn' t try to ask any neighbour or telephone. Again he returned empty handed to the depot. 3 more days lost.
When requesting the online order, there is in fact nowhere to write direction details on how to get to the collection or delivery sites.
