Unfortunately I feel you have let yourself down, parcel was marked, (NEXT DAY) despite this It did not arrive , I telephoned an advisor the day it should have arrived and according to him, there was no status on this parcel at all , not even as being picked up the day before. So a parcel that should have been here on the Friday, did not arrive until the Monday due to the weekend, and now you would like my feedback.
Spend more time concentrating on job in hand and worry less about reviews.
