Hello - we did receive our parcel yesterday - 6th July.
Although, we were meant to receive the parcel on the 3rd July, this did not happen. We were told the driver had tried to deliver but could not find our office address and we received no phonecall from them informing us. Instead, they just drove away. The delivery of the package was time critical, we are a theatre company and the package was a piece of the set.
Really disappointing.
