The service stinks. Next day service is not a next day service! Prices are not as low as they would like you to believe. Don't try to contact any of unhelpful staff; they will insult you. If you speak with them they will put the phone down on you, if they don't like what they hear. You would be wrong if you think they are there to help you.
In one word: "disappointing". Wouldn't touch them ever again!
