First alleged attempt: I waited in all day on the due day as reqested, then went out. No delivery. On checking the tracking facility the following morning I read that at 18.31 a delivery had been attempted, that there was no reply and that a card had been left. There was no card.
Contacted Dell who tried to fix a new delivery date. After telling me that another delivery would be made, they contacted me again to say that the original package had been 'lost'. A new one would be sent.
Second attempt: arrived early afternoon on arranged revised date.
Not great service.
