Not impressed... I got an e-mail to and say which date and time period my parcel would be delivered, which I thought was good. But unfortunately, I was not at home when they tried to deliver. No card was left and no further information. I tried to find out the status from their web site and was informed that my post code was not a valid UK postcode. Tried calling the number on their website and it gave me 3 options (locations?) and then cuts you off. I eventually got another e-mail early hours the following day to say that it would be delivered the next day.
I replied to this e-mail to say that could they deliver to my neighbour if I was not at home. No confirmation that they received this e-mail so I crossed my fingers.
I received a text / e-mail to say that it had been signed for by Frank. (no other information). I don't know anyone called Frank!
Fortunately they had left it with my neighbour (who does not know who Frank is either) as instructed in the e-mail. Overall I got my delivery but it was not a good experience.
