Customer service at UK mail is pretty poor. Parcel was sent with incorrect postcode, not your fault. However call centre for UK mail couldn't change the postcode to the correct one. Cant understand why? Ended up calling my local depot who changed it straight away.
Don't know why Uk mail call centre is so difficult to deal with, no simpathy or apology, just a very poor at resolving seemingly straight forward service issues.
