Website showed parcel had been delivered but we hadn't received it, despite being in all day.
Contacted UK Mail via email to find where it had been delivered.....No response. Luckily, a neighboring company to whom it had been delivered discovered the driver's mistake and brought it to us the next day.
If you're happy to have your parcels delivered to the wrong place use them.
