The service was what I have to come to expect from most carriers, i.e the people doing the organising have not got a clue, so I won't blame the driver.
Had an request for an AM collection confirmed on line, then an email from the Glasgow depot saying it would be collected PM, when the consignee said she would be out, hence the choice of an AM collection.
Got sorted after phone calls to your office and texts to the consignee, hassle I could have done without that day.
