An allocated time is messaged to you on the day of the delivery and they deliver before this time so you have to take a day off to ensure you get your parcel.
I am currently awaiting my 3rd delivery from them as the previous two parcel contained glass and they have broke the goods on two separate occasions. Completely useless!
