The collection dates were missed. No one told me. No one apologised (except the driver). I couldn't get in touch with anyone to find out what was happening. I had paid for the collections but the service was poor.
On the plus side, I did get emails when they had been delivered, which is good.
I would comment now that your email asking for this feedback mentioned a draw on 1st June. Today is 29th JULY !!! What can I say?
