There is a sign on my gate that says PLEASE CLOSE THE GATE - LOOSE DOGS. My dogs were loose and went to investigate the van.
So the driver thought he would just drive down my drive and leave the gate open.
My dogs got out and went to visit the caravan park next door. There is a very busy main road there. My dogs, including the mother of 10-day-old puppies, could very easily have been killed!!!!!
At the time I was in plain sight in the garden. If he had hooted I would have come up to the gate or got the dogs inside.
