The parcel was left with the post room. When I collected it, although it looked fine on the outside, as soon as I picked it up I could hear that the contents were broken.
In fairness it should have been packed a little better, however this had all the signs of being mis-handled despite the senders "please handle with care" written on it.
The damage was so extensive that it certainly was NOT handled with any care.
So I am sad to say I was not impressed at all.
