Two deliveries were booked but never turned up. I was told the driver could not find our house, though no other delivery companies have this problem. I phoned on a Monday and arranged to reschedule delivery the following Friday as I would be away. Nevertheless, a delivery was made on the Tuesday, and parcel left in our coal shed.
I am not impressed with this level of service and lack of care in leaving the parcel in a shed while I was away and without my permission.,
