***Exceptional Next Day Delivery***
What a shocking service, after paying for collection your company did not collect for 2 days in a row. The sender then had to take the parcel to the local depot for it to be sent to me. Even following lots of phone calls to chase by myself and the sender it still took 11 DAYS to be delivered.
