I received an email which didn't give me any details of what the parcel was or who it was from, no sender details etc.
I tried to contact customer services to find out some detail, but could not get through to speak to anyone.
When I arrived home, the tracking said they parcel had been delivered, despite that fact I wasn't there, no card was left.
once again I contacted Customer Services, but got no help.
I eventually found my parcel in a local shop who had kindly taken it in.
