my parcel was thrown over our garden gate because I was out when the delivery came.
the parcel contained 8 ceramic mugs
luckily non were damaged - wholly down to good packaging from the company i ordered from and NOT from the tardy and hopeless and thoughtlessness of your delivery personnel
