My parcel was paid for & booked to be delivered on Friday 11th of September but didn't arrive until yesterday (Tuesday 15th September)
Online the time of arrival (for 15th) was between 1.45-2.45, which it did arrive at 1.45 as stated. I was pleased it had arrived on time & that I wasn't waiting around. If it had arrived on the Friday I would of rated a higher overall rating. This is the first time I have used this service.
