I arrived home to find no sign of my parcel & no note. I checked the website and said it had been delivered and signed for by someone called 'Joey'. I have no idea who Joey is. I spoke to the other flats in my building and no one had signed for anything. I then had to knock on my neighbors on either side, flats and businesses who I have never spoken to. Eventually, after many door knocks, I found Joey and my parcel.
It may be OK in the countryside to deliver parcels to neighbours, but in central London where nobody knows anybody, the receiver should be asked first if this is ok & if they have a preferred neighbour to deliver it to. Or at the very least, leave me a note and tell me where it has actually been delivered to! My parcel was worth over £100 and I may have never seen it again... Not a good service.
