We dispatch parcels regularly. They lost one of our parcels we had sent for a client. We had to find out from our client. They put us in an awkward position. The shipment was a standard box 35cm 5kg, which we specified when placing the order so they can estimate the cost and when they lost it they asked us to describe it to them. It took us three days to make them start looking for it because of their terrible customer service, slow email correspondence in broken English. Once they even skipped a collection! They just didn't show up to pick up the parcel.
