A very disappointing service - the corner cabinet I ordered was broken in multiple places, they got the wrong address twice, sent the parcel back to the retailer and then were still incapable of delivering the parcel to my address but left it next door even though I was at my house.
The attitude of the staff in the help centre was of incompetence, unwillingness to help, unproductive and with no service acumen.
I will not use this company again and certainly would not recommended them After all delivering a parcel is not "Rocket Science"
