Sent a parcel to the US, but they didn't send the non-hazardous goods declaration. When they contacted me to request one they gave me 48 hours to send it by fax - but didn't give me a fax number. 36 hours later they gave me the fax number! Even though they got the fax in time, they returned the parcel to the UK and are now trying to charge me TWICE what it cost to send the parcel in order to return it to me. Customer service is terrible, it is like talking to a machine.
