The parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It wasn't. Monday afternoon, when the parcel still hadn't arrived, I received an email asking me to call your centre. I did and they explained there had been a problem and it would be delivered next day. It wasn't and I again phoned your department. They said the driver had been unable to find the address. I left direction and my phone number and the parcel arrived yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, at 4 o.clock.
I don't believe this is acceptable.
