I am very disappointed with delivery - the item (acoustic guitar) that I bought came damaged. I was very upset to find that the guitar arrived with the headstock hanging loosely on the strings!! Not surprise why it happened - item wasn't well secured - there was nothing inside the cupboard package, a foam or anything keeping the headstock tight.
I will definitely not use your service in the future and also won't recommend it to anybody else.
