Courier did knock on door, saw van pull up outside my house, waiting for knock on door wich didn't happen, van drove off I assumed delivery was for a neighbour, later in the day going outside to refuse bin found parcel outside the door. Appears couriers are now so rushed they can't be bothered to knock on doors and wait for an answer. To prove I was in,the van was outside my house at 10.55am, so obviously that's the time delivery was made. y routledge
