I waited all morning and no one delivered the parcel.
I called the helpline and they told me that it was delivered and left at the doorstep. This is what it says on the tracker
No one rang the door?
Now I don't have the parcel and the helpline cannot tell me what happened
Aweful service.
I will complain.
