As my parcel had fragile car lights in it, I was extremely stressed out (as was the sender) over it being marked as delayed for 4 days on the tracking info page. No other info just delayed, the sender found out it went over to Ryton in the North East instead over heading to Ireland. I was quite surprised to receive it yesterday as the tracking page still had it as "Delayed". I've given an overall rating as "Normal" due to the tracking not being updated and it's a busy time of year, but the parcel arrived in good condition so "No harm done".
