1. they only send single email with poor details, no follow up emails.
2. online portal: finding online details about this shipment is too hard & shallow available information.
3. support: ipost parcels reply to an email after two days !!
4. no phone number to contact !!
5. they deliver the day and time they want .. u'll have to expect nothing.
I would rate them less than one start if that's possible !
